Now, instead of shipping their products into the U.S. or across the country to Mexico City (with the considerable time and expense that goes with it), Mexico clients can easily send product to Monterrey, one of the largest and most easily accessible industrial hubs in the country. And when a need for customer service arises, they can speak to a live person who speaks their language, in their local time zone.
